Hello everybody!
My name is stephanie and i'm relatively new to the skating community but my husband posts on here and says he learns a lot and that i should check it out!
I'm in layton, UT and thinking about joining a derby team and i'm actually pretty excited to learn more and get out on the floor!
I'm looking for a new pair of pink skates but so far no luck in finding ones i like that aren't ridiculously expensive so if anybody has any ideas please feel free to let me know!

Welcome to the forum! As far as pink skates go, your best bet will probably be to go with some older reidell's..There seem to be alot of beautious pink ones floating around. Do you know your size?

Low budget - Sure-Grip Rebels come in pink leather. Here is an outdoor package just as an example: http://www.derbysmack.com/suregrip-rebel...green.html You can get the boot with other plates like the Avenger.
Higher budget - You can also get Antik and Bont in just about any color.

Soccer show skates!
Find some pink soccer cleats (firm ground) and make those into skates.
It's super cheap and they are super rad looking, plus light and comfy.
I have purple soccer shoe skates =]

Of course if you can spend the money, like Res said. Bonts and Antiks.

Women's size, or men's? I only ask that because many skate boots are listed by mens sizes, so you have to convert to women's sizes.

Shes a women's size 9-9.5 so men's 8-9
