Anyone tried Plexus Slim?

It sounds like the key to your sucess is that your whle family is involved, whether voluntarily or otherwise. That is a large part of my problem. I don't do most of the shopping and very little cooking. Progress is slow because of it. My only hope thus far has been to limit portion size, but the temptation is constantly around.

I couldn't do it until I moved out. My boyfriend was a big fast food and meat eater but once I started he did as well and now we are both vegan. He loves it, and the thought of meat makes him sick.
My parents, on the other hand were difficult at first. Couldn't do it if I were still living with them. but they saw the results with me and are slowly adapting as well.
If you start to make a change as best as you can, and your family sees the results, it should spread and become a lot easier.
