I was a speed skater as a kid during the mid 70' and early 80's. I Didn't skate for many years. Took my twin boys a few times, when they were 3, but sports started at 4. We started skating again a year ago. They still play sports, but we can skate all winter. The play indoor soccer on Friday nights during winter. Usually we skate on Saturdays. We all picked it back up very quick. Really great cardio for me, and they love it. I'm teachimg them all the old school stuff.lol
